Warranty

In the event of a claim, the warranty is valid only under consideration of the following: This warranty covers material and workmanship quality related defects only, and is limited to the product's value. Defects due to improper use, wear and tear or improper handling by third parties, are not covered and cannot be accepted. To file a valid claim filled-in guarantee card is mandatory. In case of a valid claim, we has the right to exchange in order to waive on the repair duty. Any claims beyond the product value itself cannot be accepted.

Airline Damage Airline baggage handling is the most common cause of damage to luggage, and we are not responsible for any damage that occurs whilst your luggage is in transit. We recommend you always taking a moment just to exam your luggage as you take it off from the carousel. Shoud there be any transit damage, you need to file the claim to the airline or their representative before you leave the airport, as they won't entertain any damage claims against them once you've left.
